Return Policy on PCs - Deal Direct From Dell Financial Services
Dell Financial Services pcs come with a guaranteed thirty (30) day return policy. You may return pcs purchased form DFS within thirty (30) days from the date of the DFS invoice and obtain a credit of the pcs purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges) to the credit card account used to purchase the pcs and included pc products. To return pcs, you must call DFS at 800.891.8595 to receive a Credit Return Authorization and instructions on returning the pcs or pc system back to DFS. Transferable Warranty on PCs
Dell Financial Services will automatically transfer any original remaining Dell warranty on pcs and related pc products purchased from www.dfsdirectsales.com to the ship to name and address of the pcs on sale.
